Dr Arbab has contributed to digital transformation and organisational scale across e-commerce, FinTech and Web3. Her experience includes Pizza Hut Digital Ventures via McKinsey & Company, Yapily, Coincover and Chainalysis, among other international technology businesses.

Founder and operator experience
As Founder of INFIN Global and Co-founder of BlockMed Pro, Dr Arbab brings practical experience of building propositions, operating models and responsible technology pathways. The work includes blockchain and digital financial infrastructure, agentic AI automation, human oversight and trusted workflow design.
Women, AI, blockchain and venture capital
The One Million Women & Girls mission is about more than technology employment. It supports women entrepreneurs to build and scale AI, blockchain and technology ventures, strengthen investment readiness, access venture capital and overcome barriers affecting funding for female-led startups.

Global South perspective
Dr Arbab works across international technology contexts with a particular interest in the Global South, MENA, Asia and Africa—where responsible AI, digital sovereignty, financial infrastructure and access to capital can shape more inclusive economic participation.
A future direction of service
Over time, Dr Arbab intends to contribute to serious institutional and public-interest conversations on responsible technology, inclusive innovation and economic opportunity. This is a strategic direction and not a claim of current government advisory office, appointment or Taskforce membership.
